I've seen this on Tetsudou Fan's news page (
http://railf.jp/news/), Ompuchaneru, and now youtube, so I thought I'd put it out here. Nittsu is using one of their Schnabel cars, ShiKi611 originally built for JNR by Nippon Sharyo in June 1971, to move an electric transformer to Chugoku Denryoku's Yamaguchi Substation. Here's some footage of it in the Okayama area, being pulled by JRF's EF210-128 from their Okayama Locomotive Depot. Video by erochan2018.

This transformer is apparently for the new Hokuriku Shinkansen, and the location is JR West's Fukuoka Station--I did a little double take here*. All these guys deserve an oomori chashu ramen for the

The main station is Hakata. Also note that Nishi-Nippon Railway is not Nishi Nihon Ryokaku Tetsudou, aka JR West!
