Yes, like how he got that dd51x2 tanker train (bound for Yokkaichi?).  Btw, apprently this clip was converted from conventional video footage using freeware, though unfortunately for me, only compatible with Windows 7.

I'm most certain it's only one DD51 pulling a DE10 and some tankers, not two.

Very nice. Got a good view of this action, albeit a brief one, one the Kodama from Kyoto last month. Spent a lot of time watching the action at the other end of the line too; the Kintetsu Kyoto Station is just below the shinkansen platforms of JR Kyoto Station.
