Tomix power chassis question

I had an accident on the work bench last night , something fell right onto one of my Tomix TM13 power chassis. How do you get a truck off these things. I need to check the gear train as I think maybe a gear is chipped but I can't get the truck off the chassis.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
