It looks like Nagareyama line which has been known as Ryūtetsu since 2008. The 5.7km railway does not have its own web site. Ex-Seibu stock probably on borrowed time.

It's a nice little railway to visit. Had an interesting trip a few summers ago. There was a drunk on the train who kept spilling his drink, I had to set his bottle upright to keep the floor from getting too sticky. After taking some pictures of the terminus, I walked about 1.5km through suburban neighborhoods and open lots to get to the Tsukuba Express station, and returned to Tokyo.
