an interesting idea of doing a side view video from a train on the layout. gives a neat passenger eye view. about half way through this one you can see the side view

Freakin' awesome!
I had a "Trueman Show" moment there where I just didn't believe it was N-scale model footage. Reflections off the rails, oil stains on the ballast, the detail on that track is amazing. So believable I could live there ... if I was really, really small!!!!

Yeah even the loss of color and resolution due to the rf camera added to the illusion! Gave it a nice film/retro look. Helped that it's an excellent layout that is supremely thought through for it's scenes to the track plan relationship.
