Cosmic Car Parking Structures

two new car parks from cosmic coming in january. these are the vertical elevator/carousel type like the one that greenmax makes. actually one of the easier structures to kitbash. would be fun to do a functional one of these, but all the guts are hidden!

I have never bought/seen structures from Cosmic. If you have can you fill me in on quality, ease of construction, etc?
