We rode that during the Trainaway Tours trip to Taiwan in 2009, it's as fun as it looks.

Would have been an interesting ride back in the days when the cars were pushed uphill by hand and the downhill trip was powered by gravity. It was originally a forestry railway that ended up making more money taking tourists to view a waterfall.
