Yes, I bought one at the drugstore around the corner from where I live.  It's promoting JR Hokkaido's Kitaca contactless smart card, which can also be used in JR East's Suica service area.

OK, the kid really likes their flying-squirrel mascot.

If by any chance you see a plush-toy of that mascot for sale over there, I would gladly paypal you the money to cover one, plus shipping etc. Your time permitting, of course.
