I'm looking for a store that sells electronics components (resistors, capacitors, breadboards, prototyping tools, etc) in or near Kyoto, but I'm having difficulty finding anything on the internet. Anyone here know of a good place to look?

Otherwise a trip to Den Den Town in Osaka (v.close to Namba) will land you at a store or two. There was one right near Ebisucho Station on Sakai-suji Dori.

Looks like Marutsu has everything that I'm looking for (at least on their online shop), thank you!

Now, to see if someone has a soldering iron I can borrow....

Indeed, Marutsu was perfect (and considerably cheaper than I'd expected)! Thank you Keitaro!!

I'll have to check them out, I'm planning a day shopping in Osaka at the end of my trip. Who knows, I might find something I need that I never even knew existed.
