A member of another forum (The Central Station http://thecentralstation.myfreeforum.org/index.php for those interested) has a 0-series shinkansen by Kato, and is installing the interior lighting kits. He can't seem to figure out how to remove the shells from the cab cars, however. I don't have this model, but I imagine someone else here does. Any suggestions for what I should tell him?

Don - I have an O series but one of the early models by Kato. Here is a photo of it, is this the one he has? The newer ones could be different. Also I can't seem to find his thread.
I did install lights on this one.

Don - I just realized I don't have that train with me, it's Upstate. I could try and talk him through it without photos or if he can wait a couple of weeks I could post photos. But the bottom blue band around the train has to come off and separate from the shell (that is if he has the older model)
