Not located in an otaku zone or some hard to get location on the 5th floor of some nondescript building, but rather the more mainstream Yurakucho station area, for those who want a little break from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, but can't bear to tear themselves away from the trains

LOL yeah it took me and my experienced friend who lives in Tokyo over 30 minutes to find Ginza Panorama.
