Searching for a true builder

Hello all

Last week I was directed to a site which shows stunning examples of scratch building. I would recommend that you visit the site and amaze yourself:

Though many if not most model are not of Japanese prototype, the builder is a Japanese. I am trying to get into contact with the builder of the stunning models. Who can help me out

That is a superb model. As the rest of his locos. Wow.

It looks like various members of JORC ( Japan O-gauge Club) build or converted some of those models (as per web page below).
