Searching for a true builder

Hello all
Last week I was directed to a site which shows stunning examples of scratch building. I would recommend that you visit the site and amaze yourself:
http://homepage1.nifty.com/bigboy232u/bt1.html
(in Japanese)
http://translate.google.nl/translate?js=y&prev=_t&hl=nl&ie=UTF-8&layout=1&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fhomepage1.nifty.com%2Fbigboy232u%2Fbt1.html&sl=ja&tl=en
(in English)
Though many if not most model are not of Japanese prototype, the builder is a Japanese. I am trying to get into contact with the builder of the stunning models. Who can help me out

That is a superb model. As the rest of his locos. Wow.
Like you, I can't see any kind of contact information, though. I hope someone else here will be able to help you!

It looks like various members of JORC ( Japan O-gauge Club) build or converted some of those models (as per web page below).
