This looks like a Japanese DCC layout. I haven't translated the links, but I see DCC very early and there is a track plan including a double track mainline and a tram line. Also some software screen shots.  He's using Tomix track.

That disconnected inner line is a DC line, the two outer tracks are DCC.  It looks like this is a new layout, that he's been planning since at least last fall.  There are also some pictures of a smaller layout he worked on in between, but I couldn't make out why he set this one aside. He's apparently come back to it now.

Interestingly, he imports his DCC equipment from a U.S. store that ships internationally.  Sounds familiar. 

And his most recent project is mounting a camera in a DCC Kato Eizan Railway 900.

Very interesting stuff.
