Ok, so I've recently acquired the following sign, and am trying to work out exactly when it was created and the Kanji as well...
All help appreciated!

JR グループ = JR Group
協定 = Agreement

That's all I know about this sign.

EDIT: If you google for JRグループ協定, you will find lots of websites connected to hotels, e.g., http://www.iioyado.jp/shizuoka/index.html or http://www.yumeshikoku.com/jrryoren-s/index.htm .
Thus I guess this sign marks hotels which are member of the so called JR agreement hotel league.

I notice the coloured stripes represent each of the passenger JR groups (Hokkaido, East, Central, West, Shikoku and Kyushu.

I see you have also acquired some chocolate Easter bunnies.
