Preferably illustrated? I'm going to try cleaning and lubricating, but I think I may have a quartering issue. It runs for a while, then it jams to a stop, then it will run again. Thank you.

Hi kmcsjr

I was looking for the same type information but finally gave up.  I've found my Kato D51 (#206), which presented the same problem, was related to the plastic drive gears that eventually split and caused the engine to seize up.  I have found a gentleman here in Pa, who has a "stellar" reputation for fixing N scale trains, and sent my engine off to him.  If you want I can send you his info after I find out what the cost will be to fix my engine.  So far the people I know who have dealt with him are very pleased, and the repair cost has been very inexpensive, opposed to buying a new engine.
