If I disappear off the forum this weekend, it's because we're predicted to get 20 to 28 inches (50 to 71 cm) of snow here in central Virginia.

If we're going to deal with this much snow, we could at least be in Hokkaido....

im on the plane home right now. i was in balmy monterey for the week working at the aquarium and left dorothy at home buried in like 40 inches of snow... 2 days w/o power, 80' of driveway. she was not a happy camper for a while. she is happy im coming! apparently there are some icicles that have gone all the way to the ground! jrm got canceled out of our show last weekend...

oh well im a calif boy this snow stuff is crap!

starting our decent into dc, i expect to see one big snow pile with the capitol dome and washington memorial sticking out!
