Not necessarily in the N forum, but just a general area for newcomers to Japanese modelling to browse and ask daft questions.

If I may be so bold http://yourmodelrailway.net/ is another very helpful forum I am a member of (no JR stuff tho), and they have 2 sections which give links to forum articles or equipment suppliers, now theses sections are huge but the forum deals with generally all scale GB & US stuff, so would not necessarily be as huge on here, plus the site is run by retired ex-pats so they may have a little more spare time.

Just a thought, I'll get me coat now  violent5

I started a FAQ, on the main NGauge forum. This discussion should be moved to another place (edit: done).

Are we talking a new sub-forum, or threads? I had the impression reading the title, we're talking an entirely new "Platform" which would be a completely different story.
