Sotetsu 11000 series debuts

These units are based on the JR East E233 series.  Interiors are similar too, and are based on "universal design" elements for user friendliness.  One reason Sotetsu bought these units is the planned run through service on the JR Yokusuka/Shonan Shinjuku Line, and later, the Tokyu Toyoko Line.
