Ibusuki No Tamatebako New Car

See link above.  It is a current tourism/marketing campaign I saw on posters/signage while travelling last week in Kyushu.

 

The Ibusuki No Tamatebako in the background caught my eye.  It has the floor to rook centre car windows like the Hayato No Kaze and Isaburo-Shinpei have.

 

This was the first time I had seen a picture of this car with these new windows.  So it is only newish, or maybe not even in service yet.  Anyone have more info about it?

 

Or have they just added a third car as the services are popular and always nearly completely booked out?  OR is it not even new, and since this end of Japan is not well known outside of Japan, it just didn't get any coverage about the new car?
