Those are Cool ! But i can't use Chop sticks - never been able to aquire the technique

I started very very young with a Chinese friend of the family who use to cook up a storm all the time and taught me. But like most things its all about practice, practice, practice!

But i can't use Chop sticks - never been able to aquire the technique  

I'm still surprised over the fact that I could use them after a few minutes of practice, but that doesn't really help you. ;)

I can use them... I probably do it wrong, but the sushi makes it way from the plate into my mouth, which is really all that matters =)
