I am new to Warhammer 40000. I only start with it to learn painting in Tabletop-class (not Master-Class!) to do some paintjobs on modelrailroad. The colors of Games Workshop and Valijecho are really good.

 

Other hobbies? Pen&Paper Rollplay, Trains all over the world, Modeltrains only Japan and UK, some Modelcars (I like Lotus Esprit, Nissan Skyline R34/R35 (and some older ones)), I am in the German Japanese Society, ...

There is a place in Upstate NY that every Sat. they have warhammer games and once a month a big tournament.

They tried to explain it to me but they said you really have to see it.

We have that here to as GW was based in Baltimore nor their NA operations. I tired Blood Bowl, but in the end, I couldn't get in to the gaming. People spent more time looking up or debating rules, too much like role playing for me. Will stick my my sci-fi and anime fandom as it is much less stressful, LOL.
