Kobe Electric Railway 750 and 751

These two cars are typical of modern Japanese maintenance of way equipment on private railway properties. This is a two car train with a passenger car style cab and what appears to be a crane on each car and a flatbed body. The Hanshin Electric Railway has two similar cars also, numbers 201 and 202.

Very different from the maintenance crews on the Long Island RR that goes to NYC. The trains are about 4 times longer with lots of men around them drinking coffee ;)
