Currently building my first permanent layout in the spare room of the new house 😀 I’m a lorry driver so modelling is my weekend relief. cteno4 Posted August 30 Welcome tom, glad you found us. Maybe a bit of modeling on breaks in the lorry! You will find Japanese modeling fun as you can pack a lot into a small scene and also huge variety of scenes right next to the track and in just about every permutation you can dream up! Makes for fun modeling. Also a huge variety of trains to choose from, but that can be a problem for the wallet... cheers jeff Share this post Link to post
scotspensioner Posted August 31 Welcome Tom I'm from North of the Scottish Border and never been to Japan I wish I'd started this earlier I'm retired but I enjoy looking at these things.I don't have a layout as such but I haul out a table and off I go We've already got a noteworthy member from Chester on the forum I'll say no more!
