The derailed train appears to be a 2nd-generation KTX, also known as "Sancheon"

 

This seems the second derailment involving one of these, as in February 2011, a Seoul-bound KTX Sancheon derailed at 90Km/h in a tunnel before Gwangmyeong station.

Good thing nobody was seriously injured, but wow that's an hideous looking train.
