I'm not exactly sure of the railroad  (the translation gives somewhat fuzzy results) but this video starts off in a station, twists and turns between a main road and a secondary road then behinds climbing and curves around hard to right (like the end of a table), comes back almost straight in the other direction, then heads into a tunnel comes out and turns to the right again (but at a higher level) and ends in a small station with an overhead crossing--unusual for the traffic that station must have. It appears to be run with DMUs--I see no overhead.

It's on the Kita Kinki Tango Railway Miyazu Line in Kyoto-fu.  The departure station is Miyazu, the arrival station is Kunda.  The Kunda Station passenger overpass appears to be a more recent construction- it may have replaced an older wooden and steel structure, or, more likely, a level crossing.  In the old days, level crossings were quite common at rural stations such as this.
