Tight Radius corners - set track

Hello,

I'm looking at doing a micro layout, 12" x 24" I'm not looking at getting into the overly complex world of flexitrack at the moment, so does any one know of some tight radius curves that will allow B-Trains to run round and give me a 180 degree turn inside 12"? I've tried the Kato 150mm 40 degree and they aren't tight enough for me.

Thanks

Tim

The tightest is Tomix Super Mini R103 in 30 and 60 degree. It comes in stock rail, wide tram track or even bus road.

R103 is 4 1/16 inches. R140 is 5 33/64 inches.

Next tightest is R140  https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10064021  Also available in sets.

Tightest points are R140.

A simple example about what is possible with Tomix Super mini curves and mini points:

This layout would also be usable with shoter Tomytec train collection trains besides the B-trains.

This is all useful information, Thanks Bill and KVP.

KVP, that is almost the exact track plan I was considering, I just have one question, what is the untagged piece between the S33 and the C140-30? is it too small to be tagged, or is it flexi track?

Probably S18.5, the shortest Tomix piece.       https://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10037831
