bikkuri bahn Posted September 7, 2009 Share Posted September 7, 2009 I reckon the streetcars monopolize the route to the railway station/city centre, hence the crowding. Here in Sapporo, there are no parallel bus services on the one remaining streetcar route. Link to comment
