So, a package from an eBay guy in Berlin Germany left the "QUEENS NY DISTRIBUTION CENTER" of the US Postal Service in the evening of Feb 27.   It was sent as a registered letter parcel.  Another package from an eBay guy in NY left the "QUEENS NY DISTRIBUTION CENTER" late morning on Feb 28.  It was sent as a parcel (not first class mail or priority mail).   Since both are "parcels" you'd think they'd move at about the same speed.

The package from NY which was sent on the 28th is out for delivery here today (Utah, near Salt Lake City).  The package from Berlin, was scanned today in California (which I just noticed a few minutes ago, new development as I was writing this).  So somehow it got put on a truck to California.  I should have waved at it as it passed through Utah...

While I want the package from NY, which is a DB BR 151 Fleischmann loco in cream/green (used) that I got for a good deal, the one from Berlin is infinitely more interesting.   10 (used) DB passenger cars...
