Since I'm limiting my modeling to trains that pass through here (all having come from or to Ueno), I've been trying to find good movies taken from Nippori, like this one. Got any more? I haven't found many good videos on youtube of the area. The railway name or station name may be even be on the file. Don't forget Nippori is known as Textile Town. The big store there is Tomato! Link to comment

Also, your post of photo finds, and mention of Tomato led me on a 30-minute (and successful!) quest to find where I could buy Japanese textiles and patterns for my Japanophile-seamstress wife's birthday next month. Note the cutoff through the residential area. The Super Hitachi and Fresh Hitachi take this approximately hourly. These photos are buried deep in an enormous photo set. Link to comment
