That's a nice, thorough wash.  If you're ever at Hankyu's Katsura station in Kyoto, you may see a similar scene, as a large washer is located near the station platform (platform C).

Body washing looks from a platform at this station.

VVVF- yes, that's a good one at Shinmachi.  It's one of my favorite Keikyu stations, with a rolling stock depot and crew changes, etc.
