The Seibu Railway is a Tokyo area private railway which operates two main lines from Ikebukuro and Shinjuku.  Both lines meet across platform at Tokorozawa and cross close by.

The track arrangement at Tokorozawa appears to include 3 double slip switches- always fun to see these examples of complicated trackwork. 

 

On related Seibu news, the 30000 series has won the "2009 Kids Design Award"- apparently awarded to "designs that impart safety and ease, as well as exhibiting creativity and looking to the future, all while promoting easier raising of children"- or so the press release says:
