I tried my usual technique of pasting the URL into the Google search window, so I could select Translate, but I was taken to a different web page.

 

 

I next tried Chrome, and it said it couldn't translate.

 

 

I can't decide if it's carrying the engine, or that's what propels it.

I would guess thats what propels it and its some kind of Earthmover? It does list a speed of 75 KPH (and a speed of 25 kphin the wiki entry so that may be its max speed.

  Just a guess but imagine it can propel its self to do its designed task, but a loco would haul it to and from its work destination.

 

EDIT put it in translate, looks like its used for building Bridges (from what I can gather its a mobile crane), says it can propel its self but only at 25kph

For making girder bridges.  It overhangs a section and allows the next section to be dropped in place.

Thanks Pomu - I didn't realize it was time lapse at first, and was shocked at the speed the unit was approaching the end of the built bridge ;-)
