JR Kyushu is building a huge complex, not sure if it is a hotel or not, as my Japanese sucks.  I'm pretty sure they are upmarket residential units.

It is indeed a fairly (but probably not painfully) upmarket residential complex, with various shared facilities available (guest rooms, kids' playroom, party space etc.) for the residents.

 

Not sure I'd like to live somewhere with a humungous great car park right behind it radiating massive amounts of heat in the summer though.

And there's a Book-Off less than a minute away by foot!
