bill937ca Posted December 23, 2016 Share Posted December 23, 2016 (edited) A Rail Note video shows a JR East DE10 being delivered to the Tobu Railway. This locomotive will be added to a steam locomotive (SL) consist as an auxiliary in case of break-down, which seems to be standard practice with steam locomotive powered trains in Japan.
