  Unplug the control unit from your power pack and the lights and bells will stop.  Replug in a few seconds and it will return to normal.  It happens every so often and just needs to be reset.

Could be a damaged or faulty photocell in the track or wiring. Have you cleaned them?

 

If possible. With the power off. Disconnect all the detectors. Then turn on. If no lights/bells. Confirms its not getting a trigger input. Then with power off connect one detector then switch on to see response. Its a pain. But thats the best way to test. Becareful with the wiring. Always remove by pulling the plug not the cables
