hi everyone, im new to n-gauge. currently living in tokyo and have been walking around hobby shop to check out all those cool trains. anyone else living in tokyo?

I think you might want to talk with Nariichi Takayama of ModelTrainPlus. He lives in Tokyo and has a great model train shop and could help with parts and other hard to find stuff. ( http://www.modeltrainplus.net )
