I tried to fill it out myself (will be in Japan during the test runs!) but it needs a Japanese address, your name in Kanji/Katakana, etc... So I had a friend who lives here in Aus fill it out with her parents home address. Let's see what happens. I'm in the lotto! It seems that I might hear from them by 10 July 2015. If I don't hear from them then it's a no-go. They won't send out a denial letter. Link to comment
