  1. September 28 (Sat)- First use of the imperial train ("omeshi ressha") in the Reiwa era. The emperor went to an event in Ibaraki Prefecture. Routing was Tokyo Station to Katsuta. Video by Ayokoi. Lineside in Ibaraki. Between Takahama and Ishioka. Includes footage of backup train making an emergency stop.
  2. Hi all, I am interested in buying the Kato E655 set with the separate imperial carriage. I know that the Imperial carriage contains the imperial flags that you can put on the front of the train. But does it also contain the 'handle bars' that you can find in the real version? And do you have to drill these/glue these handle bars on the front, or do you just stick it in holes that are already in the model? Thanks everyone!
