    Yes. But one loco was being transported on such way to the same station as there were more trains to take back. For such consist one locomotive is enough, TEP70 or TEP70BS can handle with it. But on this case two locos are working on this spot because the train was testing the brakes and for faster acceleration two of them were used :-)
